Today’s youth lack a clear understanding of Artificial Intelligence—it’s time the world had:
From the first industrial revolution to today’s digital age, technology has dramatically transformed society—often deepening existing inequalities. It works like this: resources are extracted (mines, industrial farms), processed into products (factories), then consumed predominantly in urban hubs—all linked by extensive transport and digital infrastructures. This cycle often leaves marginalized communities behind or, worse, exploits them.
At Gen-Z On AI, we’re exploring how to ethically move tech to serve marginalized communities.
Science progresses not just by experiments and observations but by human judgment, disagreements, and social influences. – Collins
Gen-Z On AI is grounded in a clear-eyed understanding of how technology shapes power—and we’re building strategies that push back, resist, and reimagine tech for a just future.
Artificial Intelligence concentrates power and deepens inequality we believe the response must be intentional and transformative; centered on equity, ethics, and the voices of the next generation.
We envision a world where technology serves everyone. We’re pushing for ethical innovation, inclusivity, and global collaboration—shaping a future where AI is developed responsibly and benefits all.
On AI is a national movement dedicated to reimagining the role of artificial intelligence in society. We aim to challenge the current technological systems that often perpetuate inequality and to advocate for the ethical development and deployment of AI technologies.
